1st Choice Adult Day Center

We are an additional and exceptional choice in long-term care. Our management staff with over 15 years of collective adult and geriatric care have all experienced caring for family members in frail condition. We understand and provide person-centered care directed by clients based on informed choices.

Our services and professional standards were born from first-hand experiences. We provide outstanding respite care and a Person-Centered Recovery plan to enrich the quality of life for our clients in the community. We customize care and recovery plans to meet each client’s needs, taking into consideration each person’s health, activity preferences, choices for services, and ability. Our goal is to provide care coordination services in the community.
